Small white wild mushrooms, are they edible? (¿Panaeolus cyanescens?)

Recommended Posts

The stem was white but it turned into blue.
It’s around 5 to 6 cm.
It’s white except for a brownish spot at the top.
The gills are like a dark color. They look grey-ish but it looks a little blue/purple with good light.

  • Shroomhunter16 changed the title to Small white wild mushrooms, are they edible? (¿Panaeolus cyanescens?)

Panaeolus cyanescens is a tropical/subtropical species. I have never seen the mushrooms first-hand, and as such cannot offer a confident appraisal. This appears to match the Wiki description. I have no knowledge of potential Panaeolus cyanescens look-alike species that occur in Costa Rica.
