This poll is being conducted for personal curiosity and interest in the preferences of those who truly enjoy mushrooms of the wild variety. Though inside of the grocery store we are unable to find a wide variety of wonderful mushrooms during all seasons, foragers understand the diversity in the types of mushrooms and flavors associated with them. So, Colorado mushroom foragers, what are your most commonly foraged/ sought after mushroom species, and, among these, which are the most tasty to your palette?
These questions are multiple choice as I realize it can be hard to choose a favorite/there may be an even split in prevalence and commonality among several types of mushroom.
