Hello from about an hour southwest of NOLA! I am eager to find edible mushrooms other than oysters! (Especially a Louisiana truffle?! that is rumored to grow at the base of pecan trees, and lion’s mane! But anything, really!) Anyone have some hotspots from south of Lafayette down to the gulf to share with me? Thanks in advance!
