Wisteria

That's a Soursop tree in Ghana. It grew there. It's not something old that turned into that. It grows, releases its spores i gues, then shrinks.

What type of fungi is this? It looks scary. I'm afraid its going to release dangerous spores. Does anybody know what it is?
