Thanks Dave, Indeed looks like Trichloma, but in several online catalogs trihloma has either thinner stem (this mushroom has a thick stem which is thicker at the bottom) or yellow color. Could be also a kind of Cortinarius.

I found these mushrooms in soutern Quebec in september. They have no distinct odour or taste. The cup is light brown (brown yellowish). Gills are more yellowish. Thank you in advance
